What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
- Engage with patients to answer health-related questions and provide education
- Utilize an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for evaluations
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed for patient visits
- Perform virtual visits and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to cover primary locations in Seattle and surrounding areas
- Must be flexible to travel locally and conduct virtual visits
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients in their homes

- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Experience working in home health settings
- Familiarity with diagnostic and preventive services
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient needs
