What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
- Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes
- Perform diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed for visits
- Conduct virtual visits when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification is required
- Ability to cover primary locations, including Oneida County
- Flexibility to work in diverse home environments
- Experience in engaging with patients and providing health education
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses are preferred
- Experience in providing in-home health evaluations or similar services
