What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments
- Engage with patients to answer health-related questions and foster trusted relationships
- Use an iPad and clinical workflow tools to facilitate evaluations
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed for patient visits
- Deliver additional diagnostic services as required by health plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to cover primary locations, specifically Vancouver and surrounding areas
- Willingness to conduct virtual visits as necessary
- Flexibility to travel locally for patient evaluations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses
- Previous experience in conducting in-home health evaluations
- Familiarity with diagnostic and preventive services products
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient engagement
