What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, and physical examinations
- Engage with patients to build trusted relationships and address their health questions
- Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations, without the requirement to prescribe medications
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed, including conducting virtual visits
- Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to cover primary locations, including Vancouver and surrounding areas
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Flexibility to conduct in-home visits and virtual evaluations

- Experience in providing in-home health evaluations or similar services
- Familiarity with diagnostic and preventive health services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local healthcare resources and community services
