What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations
- Engage with health plan members to build trusted relationships and improve health outcomes
- Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations without prescribing medications or altering treatment regimens
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed to provide care
- Deliver Diagnostic & Preventive Services products as indicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification in the relevant field
- Ability to perform duties comfortably in diverse home environments
- Flexibility to travel locally and conduct virtual visits as needed
- Commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses
- Experience in providing in-home health evaluations
- Familiarity with diagnostic and preventive services
