      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform computer system data analysis, entry, and management for the MCH Helpline
      - Maintain and update the integrated intake system and resources in the Indiana 211 Partnership database
      - Resolve discrepancies in source documents and ensure data accuracy
      - Produce caller data reports using various filters within the database
      - Collaborate with MCH Helpline staff to ensure accurate representation of agency information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years working with database management systems or in a related field
      - Required to have an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related program
      - One year of working knowledge and relevant database experience with AIRS training
      - Excellent logical and analytical skills for data entry decision-making
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and database software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data exporting and importing across database systems, including Tableau
      - Knowledge of Information and Referral (I&R) standards
      - Certification in AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards
