What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, documenting all interactions accurately
- Provide high-level customer service solutions to clients daily
- Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
- Perform data capture and entry tasks as required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of call center experience, including use of an automatic dialer and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice for effective communication
- Exceptional people skills, active listening abilities, and strong communication skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
