What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service solutions through inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately document customer interactions using provided tools
- Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
- Perform data entry and capture as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure integrity in service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of call center experience, specifically with automatic dialers and call scripting
- High school diploma or GED
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice with strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
