      The Client Services department based out of Sentinel House, Marylebone, are looking to recruit an Inbound Client Manager to manage all the inbound enquiries from various sources while offering excellent client service and advice.

      Responsibilities

      • Handle the live chat enquiries from the Knight Frank website
      • Respond in a timely manner to web enquires and marketing responses
      • Take inbound calls from property portals and potential overflow calls from front offices
      • Identify the most appropriate agents and introduce according to client referral requirements
      • Build and maintain effective relationships with fee earners within Knight Frank
      • Observe the terms and follow the regulations and guidelines laid down in the Firm’s internal procedures at all times
      • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are being looked after appropriately
      • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership
      • Have good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and cross-sell our services to clients where applicable.
      • Ability to demonstrate Knight Frank’s USPs

      • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times

      Systems & IT competence

      • Touch typing minimum 45wpm in order to respond in a timely manner to the live chat enquiries

      Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

      Qualifications/Education Required

      • This position would suit someone who has worked in a busy and pressurised sales environment
      • Previous Client Services or property sales experience is desired but not essential
      • Knowledge of the various services lines that property companies can offer would be beneficial

      Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

      • Excellent telephone communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
      • Ability to project enthusiastic and positive attitude down the phone
      • Proactive and hardworking
      • Ability to work to targets
      • Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
      • Have exceptional and professional interpersonal, writing and communication skills
      • Have high attention to detail
      • Be self-motivated and pro-active
