      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
      - Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and provide information on products, services, and delivery
      - Create and maintain accurate owner records for logging complaints and resolutions
      - Offer proactive feedback to improve training processes and materials
      - Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
      - Strong initiative and ability to execute follow-through to resolve customer issues
      - Ability to research and analyze data to make informed decisions regarding escalated matters
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with web-based systems
