What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals
- Create, update, and retrieve owner records while logging complaints and resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues with in-depth knowledge of processes
- Excellent concentration and attention to detail for managing daily activities
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with owners
- Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
