What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Document and log customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system

- Support various business areas as directed by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales role
- Strong initiative and ability to follow through on customer issues
- Proficient in researching and analyzing data to resolve escalated matters
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with web-based systems and Microsoft Office Suite
