      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
      - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolutions through various communication channels
      - Create and maintain accurate owner records to document interactions and resolutions
      - Offer proactive feedback to improve training processes and materials
      - Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
      - Strong initiative and ability to follow through on owner issues
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to research and analyze data for sound decision-making
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with web-based systems

      - Experience in a fast-paced customer service role with a focus on problem-solving
      - Knowledge of GE Appliances products and services
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
