What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership in resolving escalated customer concerns and complaints
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues
- Negotiate and implement concessions that benefit both customers and the employer
- Coordinate with necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before closing cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year call center experience
- Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
