What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide reassurance and support to callers concerned about their missing pets
- Serve as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their owners
- Ensure a positive experience for customers during calls
- Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls efficiently
- Collaborate with a team to meet performance goals and attendance requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience is required
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to maintain a quiet designated work area at home if working remotely
- Must pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer support role, particularly in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with pet care or related industries
- Previous experience in a remote work setting
