      - Hourly wage up to $21.00 plus uncapped commissions (on-target annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+)

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding personal line auto and home insurance policies
      - Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage and pricing
      - Prepare and bind quotes through our insurance carrier partners
      - Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer policy purchases
      - Engage in attentive, high-energy conversations to identify the best policy fit for each customer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
      - Passion for helping others
      - Strong communication skills for interacting with customers
      - Experience in customer service or sales preferred
      - Must be available to obtain a P&C license within 2 weeks of starting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
      - Familiarity with insurance policy details and related regulations
      - Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
