What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers over the phone in selecting products for their vehicles
- Sell products and offer upsells and cross-sells to meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on problem-solving
- Participate in an 8-week paid training program to enhance automotive knowledge
- Communicate clearly with internal and external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Tennessee
- High-speed cable internet connection (minimum 25mbs, no DSL)
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems and internet navigation
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Willingness to provide excellent service to customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience or strong interest in the automotive industry
- Background as an automotive hobbyist or related roles in the automotive sector
