      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
      - Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads
      - Sell memberships and related products through phone and chat channels
      - Maintain expert knowledge of product offerings and assist with processing orders and memberships
      - Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs set by the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service with a strong ability to build relationships and exceed targets
      - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
      - Demonstrated results in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
      - Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
