      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service
      - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License, with paid training provided
      - Strong ability to foster relationships and exceed sales targets
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems

      - Demonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles
