      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies
      - Optimize time and resources to consistently meet sales goals
      - Handle all customer interactions promptly to minimize wait times
      - Build rapport with potential customers to enhance the brand's value and promote products
      - Develop strong knowledge of the products and services offered

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years sales experience
      - Proven attendance reliability
      - Active Property and Casualty insurance license in home state prior to hire
      - Ability to obtain licenses for all 50 states as a condition of employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven sales success in an inbound service environment, preferably direct sales
      - Experience in the insurance industry
      - Background in service industry and/or contact center operations
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and build relationships
