- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work some weekends and pass background and drug screening

- Previous experience in a call center environment
