      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take incoming calls and guide families through the consultative sales process
      - Educate customers on pre-planning services and their benefits
      - Follow up with families via phone, text, and email to facilitate decision-making
      - Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on hospitality
      - Meet sales quotas while maintaining high quality and close rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of B2C phone sales experience
      - Proven ability to close sales consultatively and without pressure
      - Strong ownership of sales pipeline and ability to improve processes
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      - Willingness to work Monday-Friday during Pacific business hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-trust sales environments such as insurance, healthcare, or travel
      - Bilingual in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
