What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Influence customers to purchase services and merchandise by providing service and product information and accurate price quotes
- Maintain accurate phone coverage according to the assigned schedule
- Escalate calls as necessary to ensure resolution of customer issues
- Provide quality internal customer support and maintain effective communication with managers and team members
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and text as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales or call center experience required
- Experience with MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and telephone etiquette
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Telecommunications experience preferred
- Familiarity with SalesForce, Ticket View, ICOMs, RPX, and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High degree of self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales goals
- Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
