      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and oversee day-to-day sales activities of a designated team to ensure achievement of sales goals
      - Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve individual and team outcomes
      - Ensure effective engagement of potential customers through various sales strategies
      - Manage special projects and supervise employees on special assignments
      - Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or two to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Must possess a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven leadership experience in a comparable sales or call center environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups
      - Ability to interpret statistical performance data and apply mathematical concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior sales call center experience in the cable industry
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and in-house billing and CRM systems
      - Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited standardization
      - Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes
