What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Care Coordinators responsible for outbound contact services
- Oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of inbound/outbound service activities
- Ensure customer interactions meet quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of call center supervisory experience
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
- Understanding of military lifestyle and culture
- Proficient in navigating electronic systems and virtual service platforms
- Must be a U.S. citizen, speak fluent English, and maintain suitability investigation clearance
