      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately calculate monthly commissions for various teams across Direct Operations
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation of incentive compensation processes, including plan design and payout distribution
      - Support the implementation and ongoing configuration of CaptivateIQ for commission calculations
      - Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and HR teams to ensure accuracy of compensation plans
      - Regularly review and refine incentive compensation administration and calculation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
      - 0-2 years of related work experience
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested IF statements, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
