      Inclusion and Belonging Program Lead (North America/ Canada)

      Role

      Reporting to HP Inc.’s Global Inclusion and Belonging Lead, this position provides local context to global strategies and drives the execution of programs and initiatives that advance inclusion and belonging in the workplace. The role partners with the Inclusion and Belonging team, People Organization, business leadership, BRGs, and COE organizations to deliver impactful strategies that foster an inclusive culture and strengthen BRG impact in the market.

      Key Focus Areas

      • Strategy Execution – Contributes market context to global strategy and ensures effective execution of Inclusion and Belonging plans. Tracks and reports metrics to measure program outcomes.

      • Increase Inclusion – Embeds inclusive practices at all levels, functions, and roles across the market. Partners with business and People Organization leaders to create an inclusive employee experience.

      • Inclusive Workplace Programs – Executes initiatives, training, and resources that build inclusive behaviors, empower employees, and strengthen BRG and Inclusion & Belonging communities.

      • Change Management & Influence – Supports leaders and employees in adopting inclusive mindsets and practices; builds momentum for cultural change.

      • Market Engagement – Leads execution of the Inclusion & Belonging Market Engagement Program Blueprint to drive localized participation and impact.

      • BRG Strategy – Supports the rollout of the BRG New Model Strategy to strengthen collaboration, engagement, and outcomes across markets.

      • Enterprise Alignment – Ensures market-level programs and initiatives are anchored in HP’s People Promise, Inclusion & Belonging narrative, and enterprise priorities.

      Experience

      • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives that engage, promote, and support a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

      • Demonstrated success in leadership, program management, and influencing without authority.

      • Successful track record of working in a team environment, with proven ability to define, align, and rally teams around strategies and priorities to meet desired goals. Ability to foster trusted relationships.

      • Motivated self-starter with strong cultural competence and empathy

      • Creativity, curiosity, and innovative thinking with a collaborative working style

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills

      • Ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and where ambiguity exists.

      The pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
