What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver inclusive learning experiences, including workshops and onboarding content
- Coordinate and manage key programs such as inclusive hiring training and cultural observance planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive practices into hiring and performance management
- Create and maintain program materials that are practical and accessible to all teammates
- Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate program impact and guide improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for leading engaging sessions for diverse audiences
- Program management experience, including coordination across multiple time zones and functions
- Knowledge of inclusive practices in areas like hiring and team dynamics
- Ability to design clear and accessible learning materials and tools
