      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review completed loan applications and documentation to pre-qualify applicants based on published guidelines
      - Assess borrower income and assets using various documentation such as paystubs, tax forms, and bank statements
      - Communicate effectively with borrowers and third parties to obtain necessary loan documentation
      - Perform credit report analysis and ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulations
      - Provide exceptional customer service by cooperating with internal and external customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter in the mortgage industry
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or relevant field, preferred
      - Proficiency in industry-standard software including Encompass and Desktop Underwriter
      - Knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008, preferred
      - Experience with self-employed applicants and industry-standard income worksheets
      - Strong integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
