What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, attract, and engage healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, caregivers, therapists, etc.) through various channels.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure engagement and retention.
- Balance candidate sourcing with client relationship management efficiently.
- Track and manage recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing or high-volume recruiting.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and common sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship management and employee evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
