      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage your own recruiting business as an Independent Recruiter & AI Staffing Partner
      - Generate leads, manage your pipeline, and close deals with clients seeking recruiting support and HR software solutions
      - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, consulting on their hiring and HR tech challenges
      - Provide recruiting services and sell the employer's proprietary software
      - Earn commissions on placements and residual income from software subscription renewals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in recruiting/talent acquisition (agency, in-house, or freelance)
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate leads and manage your business metrics
      - Comfort using tech tools and adapting workflows to new systems
      - Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management skills
      - U.S. based or able to serve U.S. clients, legally eligible to operate as an independent contractor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to consult effectively with clients about hiring and HR tech challenges
      - Experience in business development and client retention strategies
