      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Highly motivated and ambitious with a drive to achieve significant income

      - Experience in a commission-based sales environment
      - Familiarity with using mapping software and order entry systems to connect with leads
      - Previous success in achieving sales targets and quotas
      - Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented culture
