What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify top-tier green grass accounts in the territory
- Maintain current book of business and manage marketing requests
- Analyze sales trends and competitor analysis
- Manage decoration requests and in-house designers
- Conduct store visits and assist with in-store visual merchandising
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years working as a Sales Representative within the Golf/Club market
- Established account base within territory, servicing a minimum of 50 active accounts within the golf space
- Membership of regional rep association in good standing
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to travel within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in soft shops or fixtures creation for brand moments and tournament opportunities
