What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with a deal size of $100 million or higher
- Develop data-driven methodologies to score and rank investment deals
- Produce pre-IPO company tearsheets and fundamental research
- Provide post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews
- Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients, including bespoke notes and market intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Proven ability to write comprehensive and insightful research reports
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel modeling
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights
- Familiarity with creating management meeting questions and bespoke research notes
- Established relationships within the institutional investment community
