      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and provide instructional guidance and virtual teaching for a caseload of ELL students
      - Develop, write, and help implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
      - Schedule and conduct WIDA testing and complete required state reporting tasks
      - Communicate regularly with parents/learning coaches regarding student progress and ILP goals
      - Monitor and evaluate students exited from LEP services, including progress monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in ELL (K-12)
      - Valid Indiana ELL certification
      - Experience in Title III policy
      - Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
