What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products, effectively communicating their features and benefits
- Generate sales by acquiring new customers and upselling to existing clients
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop and implement sales strategies
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while assisting with product selection and application
- Gather and report market trends and competitor information to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or electrical industry experience
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools

- Demonstrated ability to drive decisions through excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with a positive and helpful attitude towards customers
- Prior experience in a similar role within the electrical industry
