      Could you be the full-time Industrial Manager in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?


      Your future role

      Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

      You'll play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the full spectrum of industrial operations and teams for the project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Regional/Cluster Management, Product Industrial Managers, Project Material Managers, and Industrial Data Managers, to drive efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement in industrial processes. You’ll also lead strategic initiatives like digitalization and automation, while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

      You’ll specifically take care of deploying industrial strategies and managing performance KPIs, but also developing and implementing robust industrial management plans.

      We’ll look to you for:

      • Adapting and deploying industrial strategies in alignment with regional and project objectives

      • Managing deployment roadmaps and ensuring compliance with standards and best practices

      • Recruiting and organizing the industrial team, while fostering skills development and qualification paths

      • Preparing and managing budgets, leveraging synergies, and driving cost control initiatives

      • Overseeing financial performance and ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments are met

      • Developing and implementing strategies to improve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) metrics

      • Driving the deployment of tools like GSI and other digitalization initiatives

      • Conducting Make or Buy analyses, managing CAPEX, and overseeing process validation

      • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields

      • Fluency in English

      • 10-15 years of experience in industrial and supply chain environments

      • Demonstrated expertise in industrial management and supply chain coordination

      • ERP management experience and financial acumen

      • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

      • Ability to manage remotely and in multicultural environments

      • A result-driven, entrepreneurial, agile, and collaborative mindset
