      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage a sales territory in alignment with company target markets
      - Travel to client locations to promote and sell the company's brand
      - Negotiate contracts and manage all internal processes necessary to fulfill agreements
      - Resolve billing issues and establish credit for clients
      - Assist customers in selecting products and handle backorders and returns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in outside sales or a related field
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contracts
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to travel as required to meet with clients
      - Proven track record of territory development and sales performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the electrical supply or lighting components industry
      - Membership in affiliated associations related to sales or electrical supply
      - Familiarity with product selection processes in a sales environment
