We are now looking for two Industry Sector Managers to strengthen our marketing organization and support Hägglunds' sales teams worldwide.

  Job Description

  As an Industry Sector Manager, you will have global responsibility for leading the sales of Hägglunds' technologically advanced products and solutions within your specific industry segment.

  Your tasks include:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish Hägglunds as a leader in the industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and shape innovative application solutions that drive growth and provide added value to our customers.
  • Provide technical support and coaching to our global sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Create and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and requirements of our customers.
  • Collaborate with international sales teams and coordinate projects that span different markets and regions.

  Your primary workplace will be at the headquarters in Mellansel, where you will be in close proximity to experienced colleagues and other functions you need to collaborate with to succeed in your mission. Your work will also involve approximately 50-60 travel days per year, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers worldwide.   Qualifications

  To succeed in this role, we see that you have an education in engineering or business at the bachelor's level or higher, along with:

  • Several years of documented experience in international business and successful sales.
  • Strong technical interest and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical areas.
  • Fluent communication in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Documented experience in leadership and business development.
