      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a trusted infection prevention advisor to key hospital stakeholders
      - Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth
      - Utilize data and analytics for effective business planning and strategy
      - Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of products and drive product adoption
      - Represent the employer at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Current, valid Driver's License
      - Proven track record of quota and target attainment
      - Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior healthcare sales/clinical experience
      - Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
      - Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers
      - Completion of a formal sales training program
      - Outstanding data and analytical skills
