What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted infection prevention advisor to key hospital stakeholders
- Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth
- Utilize data and analytics for effective business planning and identifying customer needs
- Provide education, technical support, and troubleshooting for product-related issues
- Represent the employer at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience in territory management and business planning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior healthcare sales/clinical experience
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas
- Experience navigating complex selling cycles
- Completion of a formal sales training program
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
