      Purpose of Position

      Inflight Resource Manager is responsible for the overall performance and productivity of the Flight Attendant group. This role provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and operational excellence while ensuring adherence to the highest safety and service standards. The Inflight Resource Manager partners with key stakeholders to support Flight Attendant performance, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

      Tasks and Responsibilities

      Performance Management & Development
      • Manages Flight Attendant performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and service expectations.
      • Executes coaching and development discussions with Flight Attendants and ensures the Inflight team members are given the data to drive performance.
      • Coaches and counsels Flight Attendants to achieve a consistent and exceptional level of inflight service.
      • Partners with Labor Relations to determine necessary actions, including coaching, additional training, wellness checks, and both non-disciplinary and disciplinary meetings.
      • Supports the professional development of Flight Attendants by providing guidance on company policies, federal aviation regulations (FARs), and labor agreements.
      Resource & Leave Management
      • Partners with Labor Relations and the LOA (Leave of Absence) team to monitor Flight Attendant leave trends, assess patterns, and address potential abuse.
      • Manages Flight Attendant resources to optimize scheduling, availability, and operational efficiency.
      • Supports strategic initiatives to enhance Flight Attendant engagement and retention.
      Oversight & Leadership
      • Partners with the Director, Inflight and Training, BI&A, Scheduling and Crew Capacity teams to build and execute the Inflight productivity strategy.
      • Leads and supports projects that impact Flight Attendant operations, working cross-functionally with departments including Owner Services, Scheduling, Operations, Safety, and Training.
      • Maintains a relationship with the Flight Attendant Executive Council (FAEC) and Union Representatives on Duty to resolve issues.
      • Works with the LMRP Manager in Labor Relations to manage the contractual Union/ Company Committee relationships between Inflight and the FAEC.
      • Drives continuous improvement efforts across inflight operations to enhance efficiency, service, and safety.

      Bachelor's in Aviation or Human Resources
