Creation Technologies is seeking an Infor Fourth Shift Support Analyst to join its team. This role will assist with delivering related projects, releases, enhancements, and user training. The position will also develop and maintain training and support documentation. Log and help resolve user issues proactively and promptly and, where necessary, escalate to and liaise with third-party support organizations. Conduct workshops with key internal customers to improve understanding and adoption of the Fourth Shift suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide first-line support to users of the following Fourth Shift functional areas:

• Manufacturing & Operations
• Finance
• Supply Chain

Assist in the support of system enhancement initiatives, implementations, and testing by:

• Regularly engaging with users to obtain feedback on possible areas of system and service improvement
• Assisting with the preparation of requirements documents
• input on the preparation of business cases
• Assisting with system setups
• Delivering training to users where necessary
• user acceptance testing for future releases

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Infor Fourth Shift and MS SQL Server development required.
• A team player experienced and knowledgeable in one or more of the following:
  • Financial Close Processing
  • Manufacturing Process
  • Supply Chain Planning
• Must be able to deal with internal customers and provide support to users through the use of:
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Strong personal and organizational skills and a high level of motivation and determination.
  • An innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving

• Must be reliable, flexible to dynamic work demands, deadline-oriented, self-managed, and able to act independently where circumstances dictate.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $80k-$95k USD per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.
