Job Description

- Job Requirements: ·
5+ years of hands-on technical experience on Infor GHR - GHR core, GHR Benefits, GHR to S3 interfacing, GHR Talent Acquisition / Transition Management. - Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor HCM application (and related Interfaces) technologies and tools in order to support product customizations, modifications.
- A design solution to align client business needs with standard GHR application capabilities and the best approach for gaps
- Build/configure solution based on design, using iterations of prototypes and testing to validate
- Good experience working on Requirements, technical Design documents & End to end technical object Testing.
- Strong understanding around HR business processes
- Must be collaborative to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
- Experience with MSCM, LBI and Landmark components and architecture.
- Experience with designing and troubleshooting complex process flows using Process flow designer.
- Experience with Java script to perform development activities in IPA/PFI.
- Technical Skills:
- LPL- Landmark Pattern language
- HCM Applications
- Web Development (HTML, Javascript, Jquery)
