      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct day-to-day security operations and lead security programs/projects to maintain robust controls
      - Implement, configure, and administer Microsoft Purview with a focus on Data Loss Prevention and information lifecycle management
      - Conduct risk assessments, analyze controls, and perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
      - Administer and secure Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 with strong access controls
      - Develop, document, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
      - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection, DLP, and labeling
      - Practical experience with endpoint protection, firewalls, vulnerability management, and incident response
      - Working knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities in English and Spanish

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data governance and databases, including data lineage awareness
      - Familiarity with designing SaaS solutions and working with APIs
      - Knowledge of SIEM content development and Zero Trust concepts
      - Experience with security documentation and incident tracking
      - Background in endpoint, email, and M365 app DLP
