      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze information security practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines
      - Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches detected by security solutions
      - Create and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures related to information security
      - Conduct staff training on information security and breach prevention
      - Collaborate across IT, compliance, and business units to align security with organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of eight years of professional-level information technology experience, including three years in information security within a healthcare environment
      - Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
      - Ability to perform vulnerability assessments and recommend practical remediation steps
      - Effective communication skills to convey technical risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CISSP or CISM certification
      - Experience with monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents using SIEM tools
      - Familiarity with computer network penetration testing and security systems
      - Knowledge of emerging cyber threats, trends, and best practices
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
