What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and maintain security infrastructure and tools
- Investigate and respond to security events and requests
- Analyze security alerts and incidents, determining root causes for resolution
- Perform threat hunting using available security tools and intelligence
- Draft and review operating procedures and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an information security role
- Experience with intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability management, and endpoint detection
- Information security certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+
- Strong analytical abilities and investigation skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with root cause analysis and security incident response
- Familiarity with DNS protections, email filtering, and web proxies
