      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary Help Desk Analyst for Municipal Court and Law Enforcement Users
      - Research and resolve software and procedural issues to ensure smooth operations
      - Provide technical support for cross-platform applications and enforce security standards
      - Assist with password resets and system access issues for end users
      - Review and respond to helpdesk tickets while adhering to established IT policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree in a relevant field such as computer science or information technology
      - Equivalent IT technical experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis
      - Knowledge of municipal court operations and related applications is helpful
      - Experience with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Windows 10
      - Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing between 30 to 50 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with municipal courts and knowledge of relevant software such as ATS/ACS and eMACS/eCDR
      - Familiarity with SharePoint 365 and municipal reporting systems
