      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, design, and construct IBM z/OS DB2 database structures based on business requirements
      - Analyze, design, and construct distributed database structures in accordance with application team needs
      - Analyze, design, and construct AWS database structures based on business requirements
      - Monitor DB2 performance and assist with issue tracking and documentation
      - Assist with disaster recovery testing and document database procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree in a related field such as computer science or information technology
      - Additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis
      - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for the required education
      - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies weighing from 30 to 50 pounds
      - Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license if vehicle operation is necessary for essential duties

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS and AWS database environments
      - Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and disaster recovery processes
      - Proficiency in documentation and issue tracking for database systems
      - Relevant certifications in database administration or related fields
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
