What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, plan, implement, assess, and monitor progress of applications for the Appellate Division
- Provide technical support for video conferencing and multimedia presentations
- Administer maintenance and support for the Appellate Teams' video conferencing network
- Respond to and troubleshoot help calls from judiciary staff and public/private entities
- Prepare data files and reports for presentation to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to computer science, information technology, or a related area
- One (1) year of professional experience in analyzing, designing, programming, or troubleshooting technical problems
- Knowledge of various computer systems and video conferencing applications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies weighing 30 to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license in New Jersey if operation of a vehicle is necessary for essential duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with video conferencing applications including CourtSmart and Polycom RealPresence
- Additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience related to the position
- Master's Degree in a field related to computer science or information technology
- Familiarity with operating systems and applications installation
- Experience in generating and maintaining system software
